Storybook Forest

Spring Creek Park, Arcadia Lake, 7200 E. 15th St., Edmond
October 23 thru 30, 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm

Family friendly event that takes you through a not-so-scary Storybook Forest. Children can Trick or Treat, take a hay ride, sit by the fire and roast marshmallows, and listen to stories.

Guthrie Halloween Events

A Haunting Halloween & Zombie Ball

Join the party filled with food and drinks then head out with the Oklahoma Paranormal Association for ghost hunting in several buildings around Guthrie. Must be 14 years of age (with parent or guardian present) or older. Tickets range from $25 to $45 depending on activities.

Newcastle Halloween Events

Great Pumpkin Fest

October 31st, 9 am to 6 pm

Family friendly event filled with games, contests, entertainment, trips to pumpkin patch, and more. Admission is $12 +tax.

Newcastle Nightmare

900 N. Portland Ave, Newcastle
October 3 thru November 1st – Saturday and Sunday 8 pm to 12 am.

A creepy haunted trail and graveyard designed to make your heart race. After you’ve regained your wits, try the Zombie Hunt, an interaction paint ball game where you get to take down the zombies. Admission for Trail $10, Zombie Hunt $15.

Norman Halloween Events

Oklahoma Rocky Horror Picture Show

Sooner Theatre, 101 E. Main Street, Norman
October 31 – Show starts at 10 pm

The annual screening of the cult classic, The Rocky Horror Picture Show. Full audience participation is encouraged, so come dressed as your favorite character from the movie.

Oklahoma City Halloween Events

FrightFest at Frontier City

11501 NE Expressway, Oklahoma City
October 2 thru October 31 – Fridays 6 -11 pm, Saturdays 12-11 pm, Sundays 12-10 pm with FrightFest starting at 7p m

Halloween for all ages. Kids can head down the Trick-or-Treat Trail for sweet treats and then head to the pumpkin patch for a pumpkin. Others can walk through the FrightFest Haunted House to find creatures lurking in the dark.

Haunt the Harn

Harn Homestead Museum, 1721 N. Lincoln Blvd., Oklahoma City
October 22,  6 pm to 8:30 pm

This family friendly event is fun for all ages. Trick or Treat at each of the historic buildings, play games, make crafts, take a hayride, and much more. Admission is $3 in advance, $5 at door

Haunt the Zoo

Oklahoma City Zoo, 2000 Remington Place, Oklahoma City
October 26 thru 31 – 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm

Family friendly Trick or Treating at the zoo is more fun that fright. Admission for children is $6 in advance, $7 at the gate. Accompanying adults are free.

Magic Lantern Celebration on Paseo

Paseo Arts District, Paseo Ave. between 27th & N. Walker and 30th & N. Dewey
October 25th, 3 pm to 7 pm

Family friendly event inspired by pumpkins. Children can come and create original costumes and lanterns. At dusk, they are lead in a costume parade. Free event.

OKC Riversport Adventures’ Haunt the River

October 9 thru November 1 – Saturday and Sunday 1 pm to 8 pm

A family friendly Halloween adventure on the river. Enjoy Halloween themed activities like the Kreepy Kayak Zone and Ghost Bounce. Day pass is $35
