Event Navigation

Martin Luther King Jr. Day is an American federal holiday that celebrates the Civil Rights leader’s life and legacy. This year it is on January 17, 2022. We are honoring MLK this year with our third annual “I Have A Dream” virtual race!

Our “I Have a Dream” virtual races can be completed anytime in January 2022, even better if it’s January 17th!
1M, 5K, 10K, 13.1, and 26.2 virtual running events are available.
A portion of every registration fee (15%) will be donated to the Equal Justice Initiative.
Comes with a limited-edition medal with a quote from Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., that reads, “I have decided to stick with love. Hate is too great a burden to bear.”
Known for delivering one of the most incredible speeches in history during the American Civil Rights Movement, among other accomplishments, things would look a lot different if it wasn’t for Martin Luther King Jr. and his efforts for achieving equality and human rights for African Americans. To honor his accomplishments, we are happy to continue our “I Have A Dream” virtual running events. This 2022 virtual race can be completed any time in January, from anywhere, and at your own pace. The registration fee includes a race medal and bib, plus a portion of the fee will be put towards helping the Equal Justice Initiative, an organization that is committed to ending mass incarceration and excessive punishment in the United States, to challenging racial and economic injustice, and to protecting basic human rights for the most vulnerable people in American Society. The work this organization is doing is incredible. If you want to get more of an idea of what they do, watch the movie Just Mercy.

Registration Fee: $18(includes a medal, bib, and a portion donated to EJI)
Race packages will start shipping out mid-December 2021. After that they will ship out 2 to 5 days after you sign up!
