6 Places to Donate Gently Used or New Toys in OKC

After having a great and busy Christmas, we are not only left tired but we also have a whole new load of toys to store. My kids are very fortunate and have family who like to load them up with the latest and greatest gadgets and so they, like so many other kids, sometimes end up with far too many presents. I know they love it because let’s be real. What kid doesn’t love presents?

However, since there are so many new toys to love, the old ones are left behind and are rarely played with again. And it’s not long before our house is bursting at the seams with stuff. (That means there is more stuff for me to put away and clean.) To be honest there is no more space in our pack and play, yes that is what we use to store toys. The poor thing is full of new and not so new toys. I’m pretty sure that one of these days it will burst!!

Since I believe in sharing, we have donated a few items before. As we are getting ready to clean up our old pack and play, here are some places that accept and are in need of toys, books, clothes or any other gift that you or your family no longer need. Be sure to call ahead before to drop off your donations.

Sandy
Hello OKC! I was born and raised in Peru. I visited Oklahoma twice during my summer breaks from Nursing School. I met my husband on my last trip and I decided to stay. We have 2 energetic children, Alex (7) and Amanda (4). We currently live in Midwest City. I enjoy cooking, baking, working out. and binge watching shows on Netflix with my husband. Chocolate is my favorite treat and I love it too much to give it up.
